Abstract
PharmaDevOps is a PHUSE Working Group project focussed on introducing R package authors to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD), with the knowledge and tools for understanding how it can help their packages and integrate these automations into their workflows. This Working Group has released 1.0 of its website (phuse-org.github.io/devops/), which demonstrates the value of CICD, establishes minimum standards, and provides easy-to-implement solutions to enhance the development process. This poster will introduce users to the Working Group project’s deliverable, our proposal to integrate it into the pharmaverse, and other initiatives such as openstatsware and help orientate users on how they can leverage this work to make their code more robust and easier to both develop and release.
